Thursday's Football Club
Unfortunately, due to the low numbers, we are now going to have to cancel this club.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
With Me In Mind Mental Health and Wellbeing Award
As some of you may already know, we were recently nominated for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Award. This covered wellbeing of the whole school community (staff, children and families). It was an intense morning where Mrs Prescott and I presented what we do to support the wellbeing of others. I want to take this opportunity to thank those parents who supported this by agreeing to talk with the WMIM colleagues involved.
WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY GAINED ACCREDITATION FOR THE WMIM MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AWARD!
As you can imagine, Mrs Prescott and I are thrilled. I am so pleased that Mrs Prescott's relentless hard work to raise the profile of wellbeing has been recognised!
We truly are an incredible school with remarkable staff, children and families!
Thank you,
Miss Jepson
VE Day Celebrations
We are looking forward to celebrating VE Day on Thursday 8 May.
You can order your child's dinner for the day here: https://forms.office.com/e/EAvtdYweZ3
Class photographs
Due to the activities taking place on Thursday, we have rearranged the class photographs. They will take place later in the month.
Breakfast Club
Just a reminder that all bookings for breakfast club should be made on the following link. Any bookings that were on ParentPay since April have been cancelled off and a refund issued. https://the-fun-hub.classforkids.io/
Warm Weather
With the weather forecast set up for a lovely week of weather this is just a reminder that children should have sun hats and water bottles in school. Sun cream can be applied to children before school. If your child can apply their own sun cream then they can bring this into school, however it will need to be clearly marked with your child's name and for sole use by them. Here is a reminder about our water bottle policy download.asp
Trim Trail
Just a reminder that the trim trail should not be used before or after school.
Thank you for your cooperation with this.
PE Kit
Could we ask that all families check at home for any PE kit that their child may have borrowed from school. We have recently purchased spare items but our stock is dwindling.
WOW Winners
Well done to this week's WOW Winners. Keep up the good work!
