"Introducing our With Me In Mind wellbeing calendar for 2025/26.
It shows the mental health topics we will focus on each month on our social media, and with our wellbeing ambassadors in schools. The calendar also gives key dates for mental health awareness events throughout the year.
As well as our team being out and about in schools and colleges we also like to post on our social media very regularly so that everyone can access advice and information. Why not give us a follow on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok!
