Crossing Patrol

As we continue to ensure our children’s safety on their way to and from school, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the importance of using the designated crossing patrol.

Every day, our dedicated crossing patrol personnel, Mrs Russell, is there to help our children/families cross the road safely. Their role is vital, especially during peak hours when traffic can be quite busy. By encouraging your children to always use the crossing patrol, we can work together to minimise the risk of accidents and provide a safer environment for all.

Additionally, for older children, it would be greatly appreciated if you could reinforce this message at home. When children understand the importance of using the crossing patrol, they are more likely to make safer choices on their way to school.

Thank you for your continued support in keeping our community safe.

Non-Uniform Day - Wentworth

On Monday, 10th March, children (and staff) in Wentworth only, are invited to wear non-uniform. This is in recognition of them being the winning house for Spring 1.

Congratulations Wentworth.

Rocksteady

Today, we had a wonderful opportunity as part of our well-being programme. Rocksteady hosted an engaging assembly and workshop for our students. We truly believe in the power of music as an outlet for many children, and today's experience was a shining example of this. Our visitor from Rocksteady was genuinely impressed by how polite and enthusiastic the children were throughout the session.

Your child will be bringing home a letter with further details about Rocksteady and the services they offer, should you wish to explore these opportunities for your child. If you are interested or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact the school. Thank you for your continued support.
